Maripat (MP) Wilkinson, Neighbor

Maripat grew up in Shorewood and is currently a single parent raising her teenage daughter here. She teaches English, Speech, Media, and Drama at Messmer High School. She previously taught Speech, Drama, and Media at Shorewood Intermediate School, and Drama and Media at Shorewood High School. Before going into education as her second career, MP owned a successful video production company for 18 years. She is also a singer and a prolific creator of parody songs, most recently used to protest the current events in Madison. Her songs can be found on YouTube, and will be featured on Shorewood Patch in the future.
