Southridge Ruby Tuesday Coming Out of Hiding

Ruby Tuesday in Greendale is vamping up its look with a new sign and outdoor dining.

Ruby Tuesday will become more visible to 76th Street drivers this summer, after the Village Board finally granted its request to install a 6-foot-by-6-foot sign.  The restaurant has been near Southridge Mall for four years, but it is easy to miss Ruby Tuesday’s dark brick building, set back from the street, said restaurant manager Don Carlson. Trustee Greg Turay said that it was unnecessary to send the sign to the Planning Commission and having it delayed for months. Hermes …

Ruby Tuesday Adding Outdoor Seating

The Village of Greendale approved a permit to allow Ruby Tuesday to add outdoor dining to its restaurant on 76th Street.

Ruby Tuesday will soon have outdoor dining for its customers. The Greendale Board of Trustees reviewed and approved the application at its Tuesday's meeting. The casual restaurant is a national chain that serves American cuisine.  Ruby Tuesday's is located on 76th Street in front of Southridge Mall and across the street from the nearly built Wal-Mart.
