A man is accused of pointing a gun with eight rounds in the magazine at his wife during an argument where he shut off the power to their residence and refused to turn it back on.
A 28-year-old Franklin man is accused of pointing a loaded gun at his wife when she got upset with him for turning off the power to their home. Russell Gordon Cox was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Saturday with one count of disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon.
