Greendale Pediatrician Surrenders License After Identified as Pedophile

Wisconsin's Medical Examining Board accepted the surrender after records revealed that Kowalski admitted to molesting two teenage staff members when he was a volunteer doctor for the Milwaukee County Council of Boy Scouts in the 1980s.

A Greendale pediatrician surrendered his medical license after he was identified as a child sex offender under an investigation of confidential records of the Boy Scouts of America. The state Medical Examining Board accepted the surrender on Tuesday, according to the Wisconsin State Journal. Dr. Thomas Kowalski, 75, admitted to leaders that he touched himself while fondling two teenage staff members at a Wisconsin summer camp when he was a volunteer doctor for the Milwaukee County Council of Boy Scouts in the 1980s. Pediatrician Identified as Pedophile Not Reported to Medical Board

Wisconsin's Medical Examining Board is investigating the case after no record of complaints against the doctor was found, even though parents of the victims were told he would be reported to the board.

Wisconsin's Medical Examining Board is investigating a Greendale pediatrician who was identified as a child sex offender. Dr. Thomas Kowalski, 75, admitted to leaders that he touched himself while fondling two children at a Wisconsin summer camp when he was a volunteer doctor for the Milwaukee County Council of Boy Scouts. According to records, Kowalski was prohibited from working with Scouts after his admission, the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel said; he was not prosecuted criminally and was supposed to be reported to the medical board — but no complaint was filed. This is pretty scarey to think that he worked with kids & yet wasn't reported to the medical board when this happened. Too much of this covering up is going on and hope no one is hurt by it.   more ›

Pediatrician Identified as Child Sex Offender in Boy Scout Files

The physician who reportedly admitted abusing children at a Boy Scout camp lives in Greendale, and worked at the Greenfield Health Department after spending 35 years with Children's Hospital of Wisconsin.

A physician who lives in Greendale and worked for the Greenfield Health Department and Children's Hospital of Wisconsin has been identified as a child sex offender, following a Los Angeles Times review of secret Boy Scouts of America files. The Milwaukee chapter of the Survivors Network of Those Abused by Priests or SNAP, directed by Shorewood's Peter Isely, says before he was a pediatrician, Dr. Thomas Kowalski was a volunteer camp doctor for the Milwaukee County Council of Boy Scouts. I don't think this is as much a cover up or the fact the boys scout not realing the info. But has a lot to do with the ACLU sewing the scouts for not allowing Homosexuals to work within the Scouts! How could the boy scouts even come close to raising enough money to combat these liberal organizations.
