75th Celebrations Includes Hot Air Balloons, Laser Lights, Badger Band and More
Greendale's 75th Anniversary Committee has been working hard putting together the diamond celebration.
Greendale's 75th Anniversary celebrations don't start till August 2013 but this does not mean the committee has not been working hard to plan out the events. The diamond celebration will include a five day extravaganza that includes hot air balloon rides, retro 40's cars and costumes, Badger Band, laser light show, alumni reunion, parade, fireworks and more. Then has it also been looked into to see if any other UW System University bands are also available? Or how about a band formed of former Greendale High School band members, they could meet on a few weekends to practice. Also, I'm assuming that it is just a standing performance from the Badgers since it is just members and not the whole band. Oh and it's my understanding that the Highs School …   more ›
