Greendale Man Charged With Stealing Truckload of Beverages

Scott R. Collard II, 31, is accused of stealing $7,799 in merchandise when he stopped making deliveries for his New Berlin employer, according to a criminal complaint.

A Greendale man is accused of stealing a truckload full of beverages from a business where he had been working for only a month. Scott R. Collard II, 31, was charged Monday in Waukesha County Circuit Court with operating a motor vehicle without an owner’s consent and felony theft. If convicted, he faces up to 8 1/2 years in prison and $20,000 in fines. According to the complaint: General Beverage Sales in New Berlin reported at 1:50 p.m. Thursday that Collard, who worked for the company for about a month, took the beverage truck with $7,799 worth of merchandise at 6 a.m. Thursday for deliveries. Instagramming the Evidence: Greendale Man Charged with Theft

Two people are accused of stealing jewelry and electronics during a friend's party in Elm Grove – and then having a stolen laptop stolen from them, according to a criminal complaint.

A 21-year-old Greendale man and an 18-year-old Cudahy woman are accused of stealing jewelry during a friend’s party in Elm Grove and then posting Instagram pictures of them wearing the pieces. Daniel Talavera, of Greendale, and Kayissa A. Ambriz, of Cudahy, were charged Jan. 17 in Waukesha County Circuit Court with felony theft as a party to a crime. If convicted, they face up to three years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: An Elm Grove woman reported she returned home from a trip to Chicago on Jan. 13 when she noticed items were missing from her room and her daughters’ rooms.
