Having lived in the village for over a decade, I've been vaguely aware of the Greendale Community Theatre, but have never taken the time - until now- to attend any of their performances. I always chalked it up to one of those hometown things you plan to do, but never get around to. Boy, have I been missing out on a little gem in our community! Greendale Community Theatre presents AVENUE Q on Jan. 6-7 and 12-14 at 7:30 p.m. at Greendale High School. The Broadway performance, AVENUE Q, is a hilarious show full of heart and hummable tunes about trying to make it in New York City with big dreams and a tiny bank account. Called “one of the funniest shows you’re ever likely to see” by Entertainment Weekly.
