Two Milwaukee men are accused of breaking into a Greendale man's apartment so they can steal his guns, including one with a grenade launcher.
Two Milwaukee men are accused of breaking into a Greendale man’s apartment, then holding him at gunpoint to steal his various guns. Mario Emmanuel James, 24, and Lamont Donnell Sholar, 31, were charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Tuesday with one count of robbery with use of force and one count of burglary. If convicted, they each face up to 35 years in prison and $150,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Oct. 27, 2010, the victim was inside his apartment in the 5800 block of Tower Road, when he heard a knock at the door and saw a man standing outside who was asking for a man named Rodriguez.
