Greendale Man Charged With 5th OWI
Suspect is driving through Greenfield when he allegedly runs two red lights in front of a police officer.
A 38-year-old Greendale man is facing felony drunk driving charges after he was spotted running red lights in Greenfield last week. Jeffrey J. Tatera was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Saturday with one count of fifth offense operating while intoxicated. If convicted, he faces up to six years in prison and $10,000 in fines. According to the criminal complaint: On Thursday, a Greenfield police officer was on patrol when he spotted Tatera drive through a red light at the intersection of West Forest Home Avenue and West Morgan Avenue.
