Greendale, led by sophomore quarterback Josh Ringelberg, proved to be too much for host Wauwatosa West in a 41-16 WIAA Division 2 first-round playoff win.
These two teams are so evenly matched despite their different styles, playoff game could again easily come down to the final possession, before or after regulation.
Greendale overwhelms the visiting Brown deer Falcons 42-0 in the last regular season game. They will now move on to the WIAA state playoffs as they will play the Wauwatosa West Trojans in round 1.

The Panthers had to fight back and score twice along with two 2-point conversions in the final quarter to push the game into overtime, but they fell short to visiting Wauwatosa West 37-30 in OT.
