I still think the Trick or Treat hours are too long. My suggestion would be to change it to twoRead More hours rather then three. From someone who waits at home for the Trick or Treaters to come, three hours is a long time to be "available". Hopefully others think the same.

I recommend bringing a pair of gloves and something to kneel on. You work by yourself, but there's always someone nearby to talk to. You'll get a good exercise and a better appreciation for our Village parks.
