The Ridgedale Apartments are tucked into a picturesque hillside bordering the Root River Parkway.  They are affordable and spacious one-bedroom rental apartments that are available to seniors ages 62 and older who meet the low-income requirement. Heat is included in the rental price. Appliances and laundry facilities are available, and each building has a live-in caretaker who is available to assist residents as needed. In addition to regularly scheduled grocery shopping trips, each building schedules additional activities, such as bingo, card games and social events.
