I'm not surprised at the Friday fish fry! They've had it for years and it's always been great. It's not just a "pizza joint";) It's a very good restaurant that promotes a neighborhood/family atmosphere. When I lived in the Village, just a block away from Ricardo's, I ordered out a lot; just walked over to pick up my fav cheeseburger pizza and walked back home! Now that I'm outside the Village proper, I see no reason to hesitate going back. It's just a few minutes drive away! The onion rings are super too!
