Panthers' Perfect Season on the Line at New Berlin Eisenhower Friday

The Greendale Panthers take their perfect record to New Berlin Eisenhower for a Woodland Conference East football showdown Friday at 7 p.m.

Eisenhower (1-3 overall, 0-2 Woodland) was manhandled, 48-14, in a crosstown rivalry game with New Berlin West last Friday, and has struggled to put points on the board, averaging just 8.8 per contest

Next week is homecoming for the Panthers (4-0, 2-0), who host New Berlin West (2-2, 2-0) at 7 p.m. Sept. 27.

In other local action, the Martin Luther Spartans (2-2, 0-2 Metro Classic), who have not scored a point since the fourth quarter of the second week of the season, are at Shoreland Lutheran High School (1-3, 0-2) at 7 p.m. Friday.
