Greendale's Zach Henderson Earns Scholarship at Missouri

Not yet a senior at Greendale High School, Henderson has earned a partial scholarship to play for the Tigers of the Southeast Conference.

Just a few weeks after earning the school's first all-state honor in more than three decades, Greendale High School outfielder and slugger Zach Henderson has secured a scholarship to a major college program.

The soon-to-be-senior has earned a partial scholarship to play for the Missouri Tigers of the Southeast Conference, considered one of the best baseball conferences in the country, according to a report by the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.

This summer as a junior, Henderson batted .402 with 45 RBI and 29 runs scored. He clobbered 16 extra-base hits, including five home runs. And on the mound, he went 4-4 with an impressive 59 strikeouts in just 36 2/3 innings pitched with a 2.67 ERA.
