The Greendale Middle School staff will host a football tailgate dinner before the first High School football game September 7th from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. The event, which will be held on the GMS front lawn, kicks off the school’s P.R.I.D.E character education program. Student and parents are welcome and the cost for the dinner is $5 per person. Parents should bring a chair or blanket to sit on.
This year, the tailgate dinner also includes a P.R.I.D.E. spirit apparel sale as well as a raffle for 2 tickets to the first game of the Green Bay Packer’s season on September 9th vs. the San Francisco 49ers. Tickets will be $1 each or 6 tickets for $5. The winner will be announced at 6:15 P.M. and must be present to win. Following the tailgate dinner, students and parents are welcome to also support the Greendale High School Panthers as they take on Pius. Tailgate tickets will be sold from August 28th - September 6th. They will be on sale at the GMS Parent Information Night, Tuesday, August 28. Contact Ms. Talsky at 423-2800 ext. 3020 with questions.
