Open Enrollment Seats Continue to Decrease in the District

Open enrollment seats will decrease in the following school year.

Many residents and school administrators are noticing a trend of growing families in Greendale, along with that comes a bigger number of residential students in the school district.

The district reduced the number of open enrollment students from 410 to 390 this school year to accommodate residential students, according to district reports.

The district plans to reduce that number by 40 seats for the following school year. This will reduce the open enrollment revenue that the school district receives for non-residential students.
