The Greendale offensive tackle signed his letter of intent to Concordia University-St. Paul in Minnesota last week where he will be receiving an 80% scholarship.

Senior Matt Pulizos was a left tackle for the first three years at _. Football varsity coach Rob Stoltz said that Pulizos started off slow but worked his way up.

"Matt is an example of a guy who comes in pretty raw as a freshman but was big and that's the one thing any coach will tell you 'you can't really coach size'," Stoltz said. "You're either big or you're not. And what Matt did, versus a lot of other people in his situation, is he took the responsibility of molding that God-given size. I'm happy to see his pay off."

This year Greendale football had an undefeated season until they lost their first game in the playoffs. The team has 16 to 18 seniors graduating.

"The thing that we pride ourselves in Greendale is that the faces are going to change but the ideas of success are not going to change and Matt has been a part of that," Stoltz said.
