Greendale District Office Open During Summer; Moving Offices in July

The Greendale School District will be closed a few days in the summer while it moves from Highland View Elementary to Greendale High School.

The will remain open during the summer from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., except for June 29, July 13 and July 27, and will then be moved to the high school.

Work is currently underway and progressing on schedule at after two years of research into possible options. The district office operations will shift to Greendale High School to the unused wood shop and auto garage, which is being converted into offices. 

The current district office area at Highland View is being renovated to create additional classrooms, which should be ready by late summer so that the Time 4 Learning Charter School classes and the Early Childhood Programs can be moved in before the beginning of the school year. 

The cost of the total project is $999,907 and includes all architectural design, construction, renovation, furniture and equipment at both Highland View and Greendale High School.
