Harmony Inn Closing, Joey Gerard's Opening Among Top 2012 Stories
Patch will be counting down the top Greendale stories of 2012 leading up to New Year Day. Many people were disappointed when Harmony Inn closed but Joey Gerard's quickly came into the Village Center soon after.
Greendale had its fair share of news coming from Southridge Mall, Downtown Greendale and some crime. We will be counting down the top 10 most read Greendale stories of 2012 leading up to New Years Day.

Patch readers expressed their disappointment in seeing Harmony Inn the Village close its doors in May. However, many of those same people were super excited to hear that Bartolotta Restaurants was opening Joey Gerard's in the same location.

The classic supper club opened its doors in late August. The restaurant was remodeled to create a 1940's feel.
Just last month the restaurant kicked it up a knotch and added weekend breakfast and lunch.
