The Recall Efforts Hit Home in Greendale

Signature were being collected in front of Southridge Plaza and a home recall office has settled in the Village.

Organizers of the recall Gov. Scott Walker stood outside yesterday in front of the Southridge Plaza across the street from the on 76th Street and collected over 300 signature in about six hours.

Sarah Robertson and some of the other volunteers were bundled today in the same location collecting signatures. Cars were pulling into the plaza's parking lot to sign the petition.

Robertson is part of the Progressive 28th, which has a recall/Democratic Party's satellite office at the Greendale home of Thomas Spehert on 8421 Mildand Drive with office hours between 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. One should call ahead at (414) 367-8891 to make sure there is someone there or for special arrangements.
