Greendale Street Repairs WIll Start in Two Weeks

Construction is expected to end in September.

Construction is expected to start on May 9 on numerous streets in Greendale that will have pavement repairs and resurfacing.

Construction will start on the following streets:

  • South 84th St. - W. Edgerton north to Village limit.
  • Fleming Ct.- Parkview Rd. to termini
  • Darnell Ln. – Southway to Catalpa St.
  • Oakwood Ct. – Oakwood St. to termini
  • Oakwood Circle. – Oakwood St to termini.
  • Hollow Ln. – Horizon Dr. to Old Loomis Rd.
  • Briarclift Ct. – Brandon St. to termini.
  • Numerous spot asphalt repairs, curb and sidewalk repairs, storm sewer improvements and conveyance structure repairs are also scheduled throughout the Village.

Work is expected to end by September 15, if weather permits. There will be access to roads and driveways except for short periods of time when work is being done on a particular area. Emergency vehicle access will be provided at all times. Recycling and refuse collection will continue on regularly scheduled days.

Drivers, including property owners, will not be permitted to drive on new concrete for seven days.  People will be allowed to park their cars on an adjacent street if they cannot reach their homes. For permission call the at (414) 423-2121 for permission.
