Sound Off on the State Budget April 4th

State Senator Mary Lazich announces hearings on the 2013-15 budget, with residents invited to speak their minds on what concerns they have

Greendale is set to host the first of four public hearings on the 2013-015 state budget.

The Wisconsin State Legislature’s Joint Committee on Finance (JFC) will attend the hearings to hear members of the public testify to the committee about the 2013-2015 state budget.  People can come to testify or listen to the public testimony. 

State Senator Mary Lazich, who represents District 28, is on the JFC and said the first of these hearings will take place within her district at the Greendale High School Auditorium. Along with Muskego, the 28th District includes Greenfield, Hales Corners, Greendale, Franklin, Waterford, Big Bend, Vernon and a portion of Waukesha.

Thursday April 4 - Greendale High School Auditorium, 6801 Southway; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m.

Monday, April 8 - Lambeau Field Legends Club Room-4th Level, Lambeau Field Atrium Green Bay, WI 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Wednesday, April 10 - Crystal Grand Music Theatre, 430 West Munroe Avenue (Highway 23), Lake Delton 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Thursday, April 18 - Baldwin-Woodville High SchoolAuditorium, 1000 13th Avenue, Baldwin 10 a.m. - 5 p.m.
