Update: Official Submittal for Renovations to Southridge Mall
The Village referred the application from Southridge Mall to the planning commission for the July 13 meeting.
The Village Board of Trustees referred the first official submittal from Southridge Mall for a building permit that is part of the are working towards with the help of a $16 million TIF district that the Village approved in December.
The application comes from Graycor Construction. The project is described as renovation of the existing mall entrances, parking lot enhancements and interior work that includes new finishes.
The planning commission will meet on July 13.
