Greendale Village Officials Share Excitement Over Southridge Mall
Simon Property Group announced its new anchor store, Macy's, and revealed some of the future mall renovations.
Today Macy's and Simon Property Group announced the store's arrival in Spring of 2012 and revealed some renovations plans for the mall as a whole.
This is part of $52 million dollar renovation that Simon Property is working on. In December the Village of Greendale approved a $16 million TIF district to help the renovation.
Village president John Hermes and trustee Greg Turay explain their excitement towards the project.
