Greendale Representative Backs Walker's Budget Proposal

Representative Jeff Stone, a Republican from Greendale, issued this statement about Governor Scott Walker's budget address:

“This is fantastic news for so many families in Milwaukee County. There have been high quality, proven schools that have been left out of the program that will now be able to provide a high quality education to more students. The lifting of the cap will allow those parents that wish to, an opportunity to choose the school and education best suited for their child. The phasing out of the income eligibility requirement truly makes this a choice program.”
