Two Gasoline Thefts At Speedway, Again
The two unrelated thefts were reported about two hours apart.
With the average gas price in the Midwest at $3.98 some people have resorted to stealing gas, such was the case at the Speedway on the corner of 76th Street and Grange Avenue.
On May 5 a 25-year-old man was arrested for stealing gas at the Speedway. This same man stole gas at the same Speedway on April 18. Another 25-year-old man was arrested for being a party to violation.
About two hours later a person in a green Intrepid stole $64 worth of gas.
