Police: Man At Speedway Arrested For Disorderly Conduct

This week's police reports also include an employee theft at Southridge and a man arrested on Broad Street for obstructing police.

These incidents are part of the Greendale Police Department's weekly call sheet from March 22-28.

A man was arrested for disorderly conduct at Speedway, 5490 S. 76th St., about 10:30 p.m. March 28. An employee said the man, who officers had just dealt with at Southridge, was bothering customers and asking them for money.

A man was arrested for obstructing police in the 5600 block of Broad Street about 10:35 p.m. March 22.

A cell phone was stolen from a counter at Southridge Mall while the phone's owner worked at the mall March 22.

A car in the parking lot of Southridge Mall was broken into between 9 a.m. and 9:25 a.m. March 24. An unknown person or people broke the left rear passenger window and stole purses belonging to the driver and passenger.

A woman was arrested for domestic violence-battery near Loomis Road and Ramsey Avenue about 9:50 a.m. March 26.

Rims were stolen off a vehicle in the 4300 block of W. Ramsey Avenue about 11 p.m. March 26.

Security at JCPenney detained an employee for theft about 1:40 p.m. March 27. The man was later arrested on two counts of theft.
