Police Chief Candidates Narrowed Down to Six

Interim police chief Malasuk is among the candidates.

It's been over three months since Robert Dams retired as police chief of Greendale after 37 years with the department. Since then Bob Malasuk went from police captain to  interim police chief.

After conducting a nationwide search the police and fire commission has narrowed it down to six candidates, among them is Malasuk.

The commission expects to be conducting interviews the week of May 16, said commission president David Wilmoth.
