Police Blotter: Man Arrested After Skateboarding at the Mall

These are the reports from May 23 to May 29.

A 22-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct on May 22 after he was told by Southridge Mall security not to skateboard in the food court parking lot. He used profanity and swore at security and other mall patrons.

A man reported his rifle stolen from his home on the 5500 block of Root River Drive somewhere between May 16 to May 20. The rifle and stolen equipment are valued at $650. Greendale police say the home was not broken into and that others live in the home. The case is under investigation.

A Milwaukee 50-year-old man was arrested on May 23 for drunken driving but refused a sobriety test near Southway and Broad Street.

A 37-year-old man was arrested after his girlfriend reported that he slapped her in the face near the 6600 block of Greenway Street on May 24.

A woman reported her plates stolen from the mall parking lot on May 23.

A 43-year-old woman was arrested for trespassing in Old Navy on Thursday.

A man reported on Sunday that his car was broken into and his golf clubs, change and garage opener were taken from 6900 block of Horizon Drive.

Retail Theft

  • There were two thefts at Boston Store.
  • There was one theft at Kohls.
  • There were two thefts at Claire’s.
  • There was one theft at JC Penney.
