Police Blotter: A Man Was Taken to the Hospital During the Heat Wave

These are the police reports from July 18 to July 24.

On the hottest day last week, July 20, a woman called for a rescue for her 62-year-old husband who was dehydrated and extremely weak on Apricot Court. The man was taken to the hospital.

Also on the blotter:

  • Two GPS units were stolen from unlocked cars on Laura Lane on Friday.
  • A 14-year-old son reported that his mother was dead on Dale Lane on July 19. He told police she has been doing a large amount of drugs lately.
  • A woman found her 55-year-old brother dead on July 18 on the 4800 block of College Avenue. Greendale police say it seems like he died of natural causes.
  • A woman reported a dog at Dorchester Lane bit her on July 16. The dog owner was advised of a 10-day quarantine.
  • A man reported fraudulent use of this credit card at Boston Store. Transactions occurred on July 14.
  • Two men in a white Hyndai Sonata drove off without paying for gas at Speedway on Thursday.
  • An 18-year-old man was arrested for underage liquor violation on Saturday at the Shoe Carnival parking lot. On a related incident two 17-year-old teens were also arrested for underage drinking on Confier Lane that same night.
