At 12:09 a.m. Friday, a Greendale police officer spotted Madrigal speeding in the 5300 block of Loomis Road and tried to pull him over, however, Madrigal sped up to 90 miles per hour and kept going.

He eventually got onto I-894 where the officer stopped chasing him, but watched him from a distance until he got off on South 27th Street. The officer caught up to Madrigal in the 4500 block and tried to pull him over again, but Madrigal looked back and continued driving until the motorcycle stalled.
