Man Loads Gun During Fight, Police Say

After getting into an argument with a woman inside a Greendale home, police say a man gets his gun, begins to load it and tells the woman when she gets home later he and his son will be gone.

A 29-year-old Greendale man is accused of brandishing a gun while arguing with a woman inside a Greendale home.

Jason Geske was charged in Milwaukee County Circuit Court Saturday with one count of disorderly conduct with use of a dangerous weapon domestic abuse. If convicted, he faces up to 90 days in jail and $1,000 in fines.

According to the criminal complaint:

On Nov. 8, Geske and the victim began arguing in a residence in the 5400 block of Leroy Lane about a text message he got on his phone. During the course of the argument, Geske got upset and began looking for his cell phone and then began to throw clothes around in a bedroom.

He then walked over to a bar area in the basement of the residence, grabbed his gun, then began to load it in front of the woman and told her when she got home from work he and his son would be gone.

Geske will make his initial appearance in court Dec. 18.Β
