A 54-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct after he called police and made threats towards Department of Public Works employees on April 13.

The man told a dispatcher that a DPW worker drove a "bobcat," construction equipment, across the lawn of Applewood Village Apartments located on the 4400 block of Ramsey Avenue and caused damage to the lawn, according to police reports.
