A 26-year-old man was arrested for drug paraphernalia after a neighbor reported that the man and his girlfriend had been fighting all night on Nov. 21 on the 6200 block of South 51st Street.
A 28-year-old man was arrested for disorderly conduct on a Milwaukee Transit bus at on Nov. 21.
