Greendale Man Wavies Hearing on Charges He Sold Large Amounts of Pot From His Apartment

Suspect now bound over for trial on charges that could net him 10 years in prison if convicted.

Kenneth Plumb, 28, is now bound over for trial after police levied charges against when an Oct. 12 raid on his Greendale apartment in the 6800 block of Highland Lane uncovered nearly 5 pounds of marijuana, dozens of glass pipes and “magic mushrooms” in his possession.

Plumb told investigators he only sold marijuana to friends or people he smokes the drug with and has been doing so for the past four years in order to help pay bills.

Plumb faces up to 10 years in prison and $25,000 in fines if convicted on one count of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. He’s scheduled to appear in Milwaukee County Circuit Court again on Nov. 10.
