Police interviewed Brozovich in June during an incident where drugs were found in his car along with a strap similar to some taken from Karl’s Rental Center in Oak Creek and scrapped at West Allis Salvage. At the time he admitted to taking the metal while working at the business in order to feed his $40 to $60 daily Oxycontin habit.

Brozovich said he took about 800 pounds of aluminum from the business during a period of time, which he scrapped for about $2,000.
