On Sept. 13, a Greendale police officer pulled Baudry over in the 5200 block of West Grange Avenue after he noticed a defective brake light on the car. Baudry had glassy eyes and said he drank two to four drinks before driving.

He was asked to get out of the car and the officer then smelled alcohol coming from Baudry. He then failed field sobriety tests and was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital for a blood test, which revealed a blood alcohol level of 0.216.

Baudry was previously convicted of OWI in 1994 and 2001. He will make his initial appearance in court Oct. 22.
