Four Drunken Driving Incidents During Holiday Weekend

The Southeast Wisconsin Drunk Driving Task Force was deployed over the weekend.

In the hopes of taking drunk drivers off the road, the Milwaukee County Sheriff's Department and 15 other agencies that are part of the Southeast Wisconsin Drunk Driving Task Force were deployed for the Memorial Day weekend.

Deployment of officers will started on Saturday at 8 p.m. and ended at Sunday at 4 a.m.

Four OWI cases occurred during the holiday weekend in Greendale.

  • A 23-year-old Hales Corner man was arrested for drunken driving with a BAC of . 13 on Sunday near College Avenue and Loomis Road.
  • A 34-year-old West Allis man was arrested for drunken driving with a BAC of . 20 on Sunday near 51st Street and Ramsey Avenue.
  • A 30-year-old Milwaukee man was arrested for drunken driving with a BAC of . 16 on Sunday near Southway and Sherwood Road.
  • Greendale police said there was one other arrest on Monday, Memorial Day.
