Elderly Woman Cited for Retail Theft

There were 19 cases of retail theft reported at the mall.

A 79-year-old woman was cited and released on the scene for theft at JCPenney on Sunday at around 2 p.m.

Out 19 cases of retail theft reported last week at Southridge Mall the elderly woman was the only one to be cited. Every other person was arrested.
