A Greendale police officer was on patrol Monday near Eastway and Orchard Lane when he noticed Romanowski driving with a suspended driver’s license and pulled him over. Romanowski smelled of alcohol and had blood shot eyes and told the officer he was driving erratically in order to “lose” him.

He failed field sobriety tests and had a blood alcohol level of 0.16, which is twice the legal limit to drive in Wisconsin.
