The criminal complaint filed in United States District Court states the investigation began after one of the two girls Winkie allegedly photographed disclosed the indicents to an adult. If convicted of the production charge, he faces between 15 and 30 years in prison, between 5 years and life on supervision and up to $250,000 in fines. If convicted of the possession charge, he faces up to 10 years in prison, between 5 years and life on supervision and up to $250,000 in fines.Β
