Transition Survival Skills

Here are seven skills for surviving transition.

Transition is not easy for anyone.  While it can be exciting and positive, it can
also be overwhelming and unpredictable. Here are a few core skills that may make the transition easier on you:

#1:    Accept that change will happen - with or without you

#2:    Let go and be flexible

#3    Take charge of yourself and be part of the solution

#4:   Focus on one task at a time but keep the big picture in mind

#5:    Seek support

#6:    Find your balance

#7:   Learn and grow from your transition experience
