It’s high time for moms to be pampered and on May 9, Southridge Mall, Wisconsin’s largest and newly renovated  shopping destination in Greendale, is the place to be as Simon Property Group, Inc. (NYSE:SPG), the world’s leading retail real estate company, provides a free evening of relaxation and fun in honor of national Mom’s Nite Out™, from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Southridge Mall is just one of more than 129 Simon® properties that will be participating in this year’s national event. Southridge Mall invites Milwaukee moms to relax and unwind as part of its free celebration of motherhood, all focused on rewarding moms. Attendees will have the opportunity to mingle with other moms and enjoy an evening of pampering, make up demonstrations, style presentations, social networking, cooking demo’s, giveaways and more. In addition, mom’s will be treated to fun, interactive dance demonstrations by Milwaukee’s own Generation Alive dance team, with members ranging from 45 years of age to 70 years young.

“Moms are so incredibly deserving of a night off,” said Cheryl Rouse, director of mall marketing at Southridge Mall, “and it is our privilege to be the venue where they come to enjoy it.” Rouse added that as an extra bonus, one lucky mom and her friend will be treated to a trip to Chicago to see Bon Jovi’s “Because We Can” tour at historic Soldier Field on Friday, July 12th. Bon Jovi’s new release, “What About Now” is in stores now.

Originally organized by Maria Bailey, CEO of BSM Media, author and Mom Talk Radio host, National Mom’s Nite Out unites social media groups, companies, local playgroups, mom bloggers and networks in giving moms a well-deserved night off. Bailey brought the first National Mom’s Nite Out to life after watching moms take care of everyone else on Mother’s Day, but never themselves.

“National Mom’s Nite Out is one of the largest cooperative efforts of Mommy groups, Mom-focused organizations and corporations, bloggers and vloggers – all coming together for one great night in support of motherhood,” Bailey said.
