Great Schools Make a Great Community

What makes a community a desirable place to live? People working together. What makes Greendale a wonderful place to live and raise a family? I believe Greendale Schools are at the heart of our community, and our great schools add to the high quality of life in the village.

This Fourth of July, I'm thankful for the liberty, rights and freedoms that we have as Americans. I'm also thankful for our public education system in America. It's not perfect, but it's ours. Working together, we can make it better and stronger. The beauty of our democracy is that each citizen can participate in the education of our young people in different ways, and help Greendale continue to be a vibrant and progressive place to live, work and play.

On behalf of the Education Foundation of Greendale, I'd like to say "thank you" to the teachers, students, parents, taxpayers, volunteers, board members, community leaders and businesses who contribute in large and small ways to Greendale Schools, and to the Education Foundation of Greendale.
