Governor, You Are No Vince Lombardi

One month of positive job creation in the state (after 6 straight months of losses) and Walker is comparing himself to the legendary Vince Lombardi (really). Let's see how that comparison holds up...

15,700 jobs were added in Wisconsin during the month of January. That is awesome! Outstanding - the best numbers since the Clinton years, I believe.

But when you add those 15,000 jobs to the NET LOSS of 9,700 jobs that Wisconsin had in 2011, we have gained a total of only 6,000 private sector jobs in the first 13 months of the Walker regime - nowhere near the 5,500 or so jobs per month that Walker needs to reach 250,000 jobs. In fact, in the first 25% of his term, Walker is about 3% of the way to his jobs goal.

January was a great month, I'll give him that, but does one good month, preceded by six crappy months, garner a comparison to legendary Packer football coach, Vince Lombardi? I think not. That's right, Scotty has been comparing himself to Vince Lombardi (really!!!), as have many conservative bloggers and pundits.

In Lombardi's first year in Green Bay he had a winning record of 7-5, and never once during his tenure in Green Bay did he have a losing season.

If these awesome jobs numbers keep increasing and we are on a path to reach the promised 250,000 jobs by the time the recall election rolls around in June then not only will I not vote against Walker, I will vote for him, but he would have to have some unbelievably kick-ass 20,000+ jobs gained per month in order to do so.

But then again, I may be too busy to cast a vote for Walker because I will be searching for the world's greatest proctologist because monkeys will be flying out of my ass left, right and sideways.

If Walker thinks he is in the same league as Lombardi because of one good month, than I should be comparing myself to Babe Ruth because despite striking out A LOT I also hit a few homeruns - or maybe I should be comparing myself to Steven Spielberg because I produced what I think is a solid video:

And please, before making comments please watch the youtube video I produced about the absurdity of Walker's comparison - This should not offend anyone (or maybe it will - I guess it depends on how thick your skin is).
