Clint Eastwood Stars In A New Political Attack Ad

Eerily similar to his commercial from last year's Superbowl, Mr. Eastwood stars in this political attack ad in which he pulls no punches...and uses some straight forward language.

I'm confused - Clint Eastwood just spoke at the Republican National Convention in which he introduced Mitt Romney to the world and lost a debate to an empty chair - And now he is releasing this TV commercial in which he stumps for Obama and rips Romney a new one. He must have been either punch drunk at the RNC or he had a change of heart after actually meeting Romney . . . or maybe it was both.

The new ad, which is set to air during the 2012 NFL season-opener game between the Giants and Cowboys on Sept. 5 is very similar to his Chrysler commercial from last year's Superbowl, except that this one takes a definite political stance.

@Randy1949 - Did you watch the video - the whole thing is a cheap spoof produced by Patzfahl. There isn't any new Obama ad staring Clint Eastwood. That's just a part of Jason's overinflated ego and twisted sense of humor.
Randy1949 September 03, 2012 at 04:32 PM
No, I didn't watch the video, which looked to me to be Eastwood's Superbowl ad. With my slow connection, I have to really, really want to watch a video to waste the time loading it.
Randy1949 September 03, 2012 at 04:44 PM
ROFLMAO!!! Thanks for prodding me to watch that first video, Hoffa. It made my day.
James R Hoffa September 03, 2012 at 04:45 PM
@Randy1949 - Don't waste your time then. Remember when Patzfahl destroyed Tom Petty's song in a video spoofing Lt. Governor Kleefisch? Same concept, only with Eastwood stumping for Obama and trashing Romney.
GearHead September 03, 2012 at 07:07 PM
I've just uploaded a better (more representive) Eastwood attack ad at the top of this thread.
The Anti-Alinsky September 03, 2012 at 07:43 PM
@ Randy1949: "...With my slow connection, I have to really, really want to watch a video.." Randy is still stuck in the 90's with dial-up. That actually explains alot.
Randy1949 September 03, 2012 at 07:48 PM
No, it's DSL, but I still have to buffer. Jason's video was worth it, though.
Jason Patzfahl September 04, 2012 at 12:22 AM
@ Jimmy Hoffa: "Bin Laden is irrelevant" . . . Tell that to the widows, widowers and sons and daughters of the nearly 3,000 victims of the 911 attacks. And as far as your "Obama just happened to be the one in the White House when it all came together" comment - Just about everyone else in the war room voted not to commence the raid, but Obama made the decision to send the SEALS into the compound - Look it up, it's a fact. Not that those things matter to you Fox News junkies.
Jason Patzfahl September 04, 2012 at 12:27 AM
Wow, that little photoshop took so much time and effort didn't it? Or did you just copy and paste? My project on the other hand took a few hours, a lot of hard work and a lot of creativity and originality. I will admit however that my Eastwood voice could use some more practice - but who has THAT much time on their hands? The day you actually create something original on your own I will give you credit. Also, how come none of you use your real names? I do....
James R Hoffa September 04, 2012 at 12:30 AM
@Jason - "Bin Laden is irrelevant - he wasn't even a threat anymore when he was taken out. It's like killing one of those old Nazi's that escaped to South America and is living a life of peaceful retirement. While there may be some justice for the past victims of their terror, it is completely meaningless as far as our current safety is concerned." Please look at the last sentence of Hoffa's comment again. And where did Hoffa say anything about Obama? If this is indicative of your reading comprehension skills, that's not saying very much, is it?
Randy1949 September 04, 2012 at 12:33 AM
Well, I liked your video, Jason. Laughed my butt off. I faved it too.
Bren September 04, 2012 at 12:59 AM
Mr. Hoffa, bin Laden was the primary motivator (emotional, political, and I suspect financial) of al Quaida. We know he wasn't going to be captured while Bush was in office, despite the fact it would have been a pr boost. That's because demonizing Saddam Hussein was more profitable to the defense contractors (of whom Eisenhower warned decades ago), and because of the connection between the Bush family and the Saudi royal family, to whom bin Laden is related. And capturing Nazis is very important to the survivors and families because as with all heinous crimes, capturing the criminal brings justice and closure. Don't dare try to marginalize Nazi war criminals. If they were repentant they would have turned themselves in.

@Bren the skimmer/skipper - Your reading comprehension is as bad as Jason's. Please try re-reading the last sentence of Hoffa's original comment on this issue. And if bin Laden was still as big as you claim he was, then didn't killing him just martyr him to those who follow him and continue his cause, thus making him even more dangerous in death to us than he was still alive and mostly irrelevant?
The Anti-Alinsky September 04, 2012 at 02:05 PM
Jason, this is an example of a truly humorous satirical piece: http://www.dontbeadonkey.com/ Notice, no bad language and relevant connections.
Bob McBride September 04, 2012 at 02:34 PM
"My project on the other hand took a few hours, a lot of hard work and a lot of creativity and originality." ******************* Given the results, I'd suggest a little modesty (false if necessary - "something I threw together in the my spare time", for instance) might be a better way to go. The above kind of sounds like a kid who turned in a third rate science project and who wants credit for the effort.
GearHead September 04, 2012 at 02:59 PM
I agree with Bob. Don't flatter yourself, Patzfahl. The brilliance of Eastwood is he delivered a very funny and pointed message, with terrific mind-images, without once having to decend into potty-mouth-ism. Which seems to be your stock in trade. Most folks vocabularies increase over time, unless they arrest their own growth, giving us this clumsy product of your film degree. Don't put it on your resume.
RIGHTisRIGHT September 04, 2012 at 04:42 PM
Right on !!! I agree with you 100%. He should listen to his own words and resign. He is total disaster and failute. A disgrace to our country.
skinnyDUDE September 04, 2012 at 04:46 PM
@ Jason Your obsession with Clint Eastwood is alarming . Have you been taking you med's correctly. I am getting worried. The issues this country is facing and your focus is a constant a lack of style and substance. Are all the liberals living in suburbia this shallow in thought? I am hoping you a merely a poor sample size!
RIGHTisRIGHT September 04, 2012 at 04:58 PM
Jason is having problems accepting the truth...Obama is a total disaster and he should listen to his own words and resign now. check his own words out: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uJNL-Es3QOc The loser must go. He is disgrace to our Country and even to Kenya, where he has a brother living in a SCHACK and won't help him. He is all TALK and NO ACTION. GO HOME ...
RIGHTisRIGHT September 04, 2012 at 05:16 PM
@Jason.....Your starting to sound like you need severe help. If you love Obama so much go join him in the mans country in chicago. You are his type. The record clearly indicates that you both are losers. When you swolle don't choke Jason.
RIGHTisRIGHT September 04, 2012 at 05:52 PM
@ Skinnydude.....Right on !!! I know the DOCTOR regrects helping us. He is sitting in a Pakistan Prison for life. Obama doesn't give a happy rats behind. All he cares about it's spending the Tax Payers Money, going on vacations, playing golf and visiting the man's country in chicago.... 23 million people in AMERICA are unemployed in Our Country and he keeps spending Trillions of money we don't have. He supports SCAMS in Medicare, SSI, Disabily, Medicaid, SS#, Food Stamps etc. The True American's that have WORKED all their lifes get's less and less everyday. That's an INJUSTICE to all the elderlies that are suffering because of this CLOWN today. While he approves junkies that are FAKING IT for SSI,Food Stamps etc. and they get more.. His wife and him had to surrender their license and can't even practice the law because they had to cover their own SCAMS and SEALED THEIR RECORDS. This Loser that I refuse to called P has to go. Worst thing that happened to our country.

@Jason "Women's Glass" Putzface: Some of us work and don't have "hours" of free time to --TRY-- to play video producer. Why don't you get a job like a real man, or won't your wife take off that skirt pus*y?
Jason Patzfahl September 05, 2012 at 11:04 AM
Under President Obama the US has created 4.5 MILLION private sector jobs in the last 2.5 years (more than Bush did in 8 years) and tens of thousands of teachers, firefighters and police officers never lost theirs because of programs and $ he put into place. Bush and Romney were willing to let these workers fall flat on their faces instead of using a little tax payer $ to keep them employed... Oh, and thanks to the auto bailout, GM sales increased 10 percent and Chrysler sales rose 14 percent marking their best August performance since 2007. The rising demand helped push total U.S. auto sales last month to an annual rate of 14.5 million. That’s the best monthly sales pace since the government’s “Cash for Clunkers” rebate program in August of 2009 - Thanks Obama!!!
tom munson September 05, 2012 at 11:10 AM
Obama forgot about 23,000,000, 23 million unemployed. Failure is failure
The Anti-Alinsky September 06, 2012 at 09:34 PM
And lets not forget that those 4.5 MILLION (private?) sector jobs came at a cost of only 109,777.78 per job!
