Save a Life Saturday

Brain tumors are the second leading cancer-related cause of death in children.

On Saturday comes your chance to do something about that.

The Step Up To Better Health Community Walk has been a regular Greendale activity for fifteen years, and for the last four the Greendale Health Department has teamed up with the American Brain Tumor Association (ABTA).  All proceeds from the walk are split between the ABTA and community health initiatives right here in Greendale, meaning your entry really makes a difference.

You can enjoy refreshments, win prizes, meet friends, better your health, and save a life.  Not a bad set of accomplishments before lunchtime.

Registration opens at 9:00 at the Greendale Gazebo.  There are 1, 2, and 3 mile walks to choose from.  You can download a registration form here:  http://www.greendale.org/walk/ or fill one out at the Gazebo on Saturday morning.  Registration is $15.  The life you may change is worth far more than that.
