Turkey Trot Run Giving Out 50 Turkeys to Runners
The Turkey Trot is a 15k or 2 mile prediction run located along the Root River Parkway. The participants who can most accurately predict how long it will take them to run the course win.
The Badgerland Striders, Inc., a non-profit organization, is holding the annual Turkey Trot walking/foot race in Greendale, except that this year it will be a prediction race.
A prediction run is a run with a twist. Instead of just the fastest person winning, the participants who can most accurately predict how long it will take them to run the course wins.
The Turkey Trot is a 15k or 2 mile run located along the Root River Parkway. The run is set for November 4 from 7 a.m. until noon, with the actual race beginning at 9:30 a.m.

A total of 50, full-sized turkeys will be awarded to the runners with the closest prediction times.
Entry Fees: Adults (17+): Members $10; Non-members: $12
Children (Under 17) (Member or Non-member) $5

Special Rules: No watches or pacesetters allowed. No splits will be given.
Refreshments: Hot cider, hot chocolate, coffee, soda, snacks.
