Owner of Panther Pub Will Speak About the Upcoming Restaurant

Mike Drilling will speak about the upcoming restaurant at a Historical Society meeting next week. The restaurant is scheduled to open sometime next summer.

Owner Mike Drilling will speak at a Greendale Historical Society meeting about the Panther Pub and Eatery that's scheduled to open in the Village Center.

The event will take place at the Greendale Public Library lower level on Thursday, October 18 at 6:30 p.m.

Panther Pub and Eatery was approved by the Village Board in September and is scheduled to open sometime next summer.

The restaurant, planned for the former Associated Bank on Broad Street, will fit about 95 people and will include a 40-person outdoor dining patio. It plans to employ between 40 and 50 employees, with full- and part-time positions.

Drilling has said he wants this restaurant to be a part of the community, and plans to work with Greendale non-profit organizations and athletic clubs on fundraising events.
