The restaurant, planned for the former Associated Bank on Broad Street, will fit about 95 people and will include a 40-person outdoor dining patio. It plans to employ between 40 and 50 employees, with full- and part-time positions.

Drilling has said he wants this restaurant to be a part of the community, and plans to work with Greendale non-profit organizations and athletic clubs on fundraising events.
